  • More accurate payroll - The chances of payroll mistakes happening are higher when entering employee changes into your HRIS, and this not then reflecting on payroll. Thankfully, with Personio x PayFit, everything is automatically transferred across and reflects on payslips from the next working day, minimising the chance of inaccurate payroll (and unhappy staff).

  • Time savings - Being able to have data sync across from Personio to PayFit, automatically, means that double data entry across the two platforms is eradicated. So this drastically reduces the amount of time taken to get elements such as new starter information, salary changes, annual leave and sicknesses recorded across multiple platforms in your stack.

  • Automated workflows - Going back and forth between different platforms is not only time consuming, but it’s frustrating. What information can be synced?

Once set up, you can choose to sync any of the following fields from Personio to PayFit, whenever it is added, removed or changed:

✅ Personal information, e.g.: name, title, gender, date of birth, address etc.

✅ New starter info such as tax codes, NI numbers, start date and payroll number.

✅ Salary changes, backdated up to a month in the past.

✅ Contract details: job title, hours worked per week.

✅ Leaver info: date, reason for leaving.

✅ Annual and sick leaves, again backdated up to a month in the past.

Remember, Personio is the source of truth in this integration. Information is synced from Personio to PayFit, not the other way around.
